Course description
Assertiveness Training allows an individual to develop greater self-esteem and self-confidence. It empowers both the individual, and their team, to deal with difficult situations and difficult people in the workplace and in their personal lives.
Many people confuse Assertiveness with “bossiness” or a “demanding” person, whereas Assertiveness is a wholly positive concept. The session includes:

Delegates will practise strategies to increase their assertiveness, stay calm under pressure, and respond calmly in the face of conflict.
