Course description
We support our customers from the point of view of a start-up team that has been developing innovation Projects since 2013, both born inside our company and coming from a group of customers ranging from single entrepreneurs to big companies leading their sectors.
We conceive innovation process as a whole, starting from the main (technological) idea and ending in the best market fit.
This way, we support different business model topics like features development (and limits!), co-creation with potential customers, key relationships to partners at all levels and funding the whole process.
As fas as funding is concerned, we count on expertise in innvoation calls and contests at all geographical scopes, including consortia creation and Projects drafting as key factors for winner proposals in competitive Calls.
Our offered training services include 10 sessions:
S1: Particpants and Projects introduction.
S2: Creating and improving business model.
S3&S4: Detection of main priorities and necessities.
S5: Creating interest groups (other companies, customers, clusters, public authorities, etc.)
S6: Funding consortia set up and management
S7&S8&S9: Proposals design and drafting.
S10: Market-fit design as TRL advances.
